It&amp;#39;s very unfair to count that as &amp;quot;raised&amp;quot; money.  That means he had no place to go but up.  Martha started with $0 - most of her contributions came from MA residents- you can only get so much from the folks instate.  Mike has all those Washington people and those he helped in MA-  Coakley is not stalling at all even though that might be wishful thinking.
